1. Finance Committee Appointments:
   Katherine Freund, as board president, will appoint an ad-hoc Finance Committee Action Requested: None

2. Resolutions of Appreciation:
   Exhibit A includes a resolution of appreciation for departing trustees: John Jarvis, appointed in 2022, and Katheleen McGwin, appointed in 2018.  Action Requested: Approve the resolutions included in Exhibit A

3. Annual Meeting and Election Terms:
   Discussion: Modify the current bylaws and current trustees’ terms to reflect Counties’ calendar of committee appointments happening in May. Nothing currently in the bylaws indicates the month trustee terms should begin. The bylaws state that the Annual Meeting will be held in January. Action Requested: Move all current terms expiring in December to April. Consider a change in the bylaws to “The annual meeting shall be held in January May,” which can be voted on at the July Meeting.
