  • Purpose of the meeting: In light of the retirement of the Director, determine how to meet the short- and long-term needs of Winnefox for top-level administrative leadership.

 

 

 
  • By-laws: Proposed revision of Article VI. of Winnefox by-laws to remove text stating that “The system resource library director shall be the system director.” Proposed revision also corrects some typos. Action requested: None – This serves as notice of proposed change; item will be considered for action at the May 31, 2023, regular meeting.
