You will inspire and manage a talented team, oversee the library’s budget, capital projects, and facilities, and represent the library at key community events, building strong local partnerships. Qualifications:
- Education: Master of Library and Information Sciences.
- Certification: Eligible for a Grade 1 Wisconsin Library Certificate.
- Experience: Minimum of three years in library management or a related field, including supervisory experience.

- Financial management and budgeting
- Strong communication and public relations skills
- Strategic planning and policy development
- Excellent customer service and library operations knowledge
- Familiarity with technology and digital resources
- Ability to build community relationships and handle fundraising initiatives
Salary: Starting salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 (depending on qualifications)
