Public libraries in the Winnefox Library System are open to all residents, including those with special needs. Persons with special needs include, but are not limited to, those who are economically and educationally disadvantaged, those for whom English is a second language, those who are institutionalized, incarcerated or homeless or who have cognitive, emotional or physical disabilities.

Library staff will make reasonable accommodation to allow residents with special needs equal access to library collections, services, and programs. Anyone needing assistance should contact their local library.
